According to the girl's parents, Narvaez was caught 'in the act' when the teen's mother walked into her room for a late-night check-up.
The unnamed woman told KHOU 11 that when she turned on the light in the bedroom, the startled 21-year-old man tried to flee, but she informed him that he's not going anywhere.
The woman alerted her husband, the girl's stepfather, who rushed to her aid and put the suspected child molester in a headlock until police arrived.

The point I was trying to stress was if you are in my house, uninvited - especially when folks in MY house are either in bed or heading that way - IF you are not invited by ME or MY WIFE and if you should happen to find your way into my 15 yo daughters bed, I am not going to be very concerned about how you leave the house.
The part of what you call lie about wife screaming - IF YOUR wife opened the bedroom door on your 15 yo daughter and found her engaged in the nasty with ANYONE is she just going to say “Oh excuse me” and come calmly walking down the hall and say “Oh, Jenny is getting laid” and turn back the covers?
And since the girl is 15 and knows that I have weapons at hand, I would have to assume that she would have taken steps to warn her paramour.
So ‘Solly Chollie’, you may sternly point to the door and say “Leave young man”, I will not quite have that reaction to an intruder in the living quarters of my home when not authorized.
So my ‘advice’ to anyone that wants to put himself in the position of that 21yo with ‘my’ 15yo, don’t expect a head lock and scolding.
Oh yes, my daughters knew that I had weapons, where they were and how to use them AND they knew better than even attempt to pull a stunt like the above mentioned girl, even when older. I think we used to call it respect.
I agree. Do you know how much I long for the good old days? Time was if you went to bed with someone unless you were totally void of morals, you never talked about it. Pregnant girls weren’t allowed in school......married girls got the 5th degree if they missed a day of school and yes unless some of you have forgotten if a girl got pregnant she went to “live with her aunt” for a year and go to school. I know it’s silly but a lot of us have witnessed the breakdown in morals over the years. All the things I mentioned seems to be a badge of honor today. It all hits home because I have 2 granddaughters that witness this every day. One is 17 and the other is 13. They are taught morals and our son and daughter (they each have one daughter)are raising them in loving, caring and “I want to know where you are at all times” kind of home. This 15 year old in this thread is already lost and done things that can’t be undone. I hope she can turn her life around. :(

If I cleaned my guns every night before bed I would have to leave work early to rush home to get started to hopefully be finished by 11:00pm. 2) MY wife isn't a pussy who would scream like a high school girl in a slasher movie. She would calmly call for HER firearm if she wasn't already carrying it since she was heading up to bed.

Readtthe article, and therein it is written that the girl was discovered being ‘covered’ by Mr. Messican. All that in her room while her parents were home.
