I agree. Do you know how much I long for the good old days? Time was if you went to bed with someone unless you were totally void of morals, you never talked about it. Pregnant girls weren’t allowed in school......married girls got the 5th degree if they missed a day of school and yes unless some of you have forgotten if a girl got pregnant she went to “live with her aunt” for a year and go to school. I know it’s silly but a lot of us have witnessed the breakdown in morals over the years. All the things I mentioned seems to be a badge of honor today. It all hits home because I have 2 granddaughters that witness this every day. One is 17 and the other is 13. They are taught morals and our son and daughter (they each have one daughter)are raising them in loving, caring and “I want to know where you are at all times” kind of home. This 15 year old in this thread is already lost and done things that can’t be undone. I hope she can turn her life around. :(
If this young woman is monitored and guided by her parents, if she can keep her legs crossed, and straighten out her thinking, and develop some morals and set a goal for herself as to what she will do in the future as it pertains to education and a plan of action to reach that goal, then she will have a future. Are her parents and others out there ready to step up and BE PARENTS who set rules and demand results???
