Parents detain man, 21, in a headlock after they find him in their teenage daughter’s bedroom having sex with the girl he met online

According to the girl's parents, Narvaez was caught 'in the act' when the teen's mother walked into her room for a late-night check-up.

The unnamed woman told KHOU 11 that when she turned on the light in the bedroom, the startled 21-year-old man tried to flee, but she informed him that he's not going anywhere.

The woman alerted her husband, the girl's stepfather, who rushed to her aid and put the suspected child molester in a headlock until police arrived.

If she’s not under 18, there is not a crime. And, in fact depending on the state, given his age, even if she was 16 it wouldn’t be a crime.

And furthermore, she has the authority to invite someone into the home. While, as a parent, this upsets me, as a former Prosecutor, there is no crime without more facts.

Probably more than one.

From the article:
A mother checking up on her daughter before bedtime was shocked to discover a man having sex with the 15-year-old after sneaking into their Houston home, but rather than panic, the woman took matters into her own hands.

the suspected child molester in a headlock

A fifteen year old girl is not a "child". The man should be charged, with statutory rape, not "child molesting".

how stupid are you???? Any 21 yr old ‘dude’ comes around my 15 yr old daughter and trust me they will be going to jail and having sexual offender attached to their name. Did you even bother to read the story? The guy is an ILLEGAL ALIEN caught in the act of raping a 15 yr old girl (they are not of an age to give consent). Those are the laws broken here....

Maybe in your turdworld nation raping a 15 year old is accepted, but we civilized people don’t tolerate it here in the US.

The man should be charged, with statutory rape, not "child molesting". >>>>>>Prepare to get flamed for that one, I've been saying the same thing - A 10 or 11 year old is a child. A 15-17 year old may be legally under age but they are not a child. The POS may go to jail for having sex with someone underage, but he should not be called a "child molester". Same thing goes (even more) for the overuse of the word pedophile.

15 is legit in the illegal alien world, they have their coming out parties at that age. She probably worked in a club as a buck dancer.

That's the difference, they are married. He's not mommy's new boyfriend! This should be a lesson to all single moms out there.

Of course, my ‘story’ would be

While preparing to clean my gun before going to bed, I heard my wife scream from the direction of my daughters bed room.
I picked up said pistol and went in that direction. When I got to the room I observed an unknown male subject climbing out of my daughters bed and I ordered him to stop. He ran towards me and I figured if he had the gonads to come into my occupied home he would not stop at doing me harm.
I further say that my daughter probably did not know him as she is well aware of my gun collection and most certainly would have pointed it out to an unwanted (by me) visitor.

NO SIR! I do not regret shooting him for violating my daughter and attempting to attack me, but I do regret having to take a life, even though he was in the act of committing a crime.

THAT is my story, and I am sticking to it,

Aye, but at some point he was nothing more than mommy’s new boyfriend. I suspect she had the wisdom to not live with mommy’s new boyfriend before he was mommy’s new husband.

This also should be a lesson to all single moms out there.

The young man, later identified as Carlos Narvaez, was booked into the Harris County Jail on a charge of sexual assault of a child. He’s being held on $35,000 bail. Records also indicate that he might not be a U.S. citizen.

The lab boys would tear through that lie like crap though a goose.

So would the first Detective on the scene if he arrived before CSI.

As usual say as little as possible and get your lawyer on the phone ASAP because with the way illegals are coddled you will have a long row to hoe afterward and starting with a lie will screw you royally.

Think Zimmerman and wee cub scout Martin. Zimmerman didn’t lie and his life is virtually ruined.

No, Texas doesn’t stand ready to give the perp in-state tuition rates to college.

First of all he’s in trouble with the law. Seriously.

Second of all, there’s no information provided here that the perp meets the requirements of the law that provides such rates. There are specific requirements that must be met. Such as, living in TX with a parent or guardian for three years of high school and graduating from high school. A one yr residency requirement immediately prior to the date of application to college. Providing a signed affadavit that as soon as possible to do so the person will attempt to gain permanent residency status.

http://www.thecb.state.tx.us/reports/PDF/1528.PDF

Not that it matters to you, but I do post correct info for those who might care to know it.
