Th inarguable facts are”
1. She deliberately sneaked a Messican into her room.
2. Said room was in her parents home.
3. She knew her parents did not approve of her acts.
4. She even performed sex acts when her parents were at home.
Being a horny teenager is normal. How she responds to those hormonal urges is what makes her a “slut”.
Make that dumb slut, as she chose a male from a population known for treating their females poorly, and she chose a poor Messican who could not even afford to take her to a motel or use her sexually in the back seat of a car.
Had she not deliberately disrespected her parents In Their Home, I would be a tad less judgmental - but, she was acting out her ‘inner slut’.

Front line cops use a “3 year rule” if the guy is 19 and the girl is 17, they won’t (usually) pursue it under the 3 year rule, they can’t be bothered if the age difference is 3 years or less.
This isn’t codified, and a pissed off parent can force action, but it’s as close to recognizing reality as our legal system gets.
