Thank you for that picture of Nichelle Nichols. I remember her vividly in that costume from my teen years.

“No way. TPol in her body suit can hardly be beat.”
You can say that again!
And in close second: Elaan of Troyius.

I liked the long legged brunette sitting on the grass. Just a personal preference. Long tall drinks with a long flowing chestnut mane. The costume was alright, too.

She delivered one of the best performances in the original series....probably all of them. Certainly the most genuinely comic one! TNG tried so hard, but was so achingly unamusing.
And then there was, Isis...the "cat"...

The Seven of Nine clone is even prettier than Jeri Ryan. Quite a bit prettier, actually.
The ones with the huge boobs crammed into a Starfleet uniform are silly, but some of the others are really lovely ladies in really well-done costumes. Nice to see that most of them were going old-school, too.

Stunningly lovely, smart and very, very talented. What more could a guy want?
As much as I like Trek, I wonder if the show would have done as well over the years if it wasn’t for Nichols being so appealing. There must have been guys who tuned in just for her and got hooked on the rest of the show in a big way.
