I've been a member of Lakewood for the last 7 years (& a Christian for almost 50 years) but I wasn't there today. There were hecklers but that's all I know. If anyone knows what happened please share.

Jesus is Lord, and the enemies of G_D are now empowered by this ruling. No protests or activities are needed on our part. Pray, fasting, sackcloth, ashes. Either we are for G_D or we are against G_D. Now the lines have been drawn. When Jesus was struggling at His worst, He knelt and prayed. Our fight begins on our knees, repenting, rejoicing and praising G_D.

Many have found God because of his ministries.
His church thrives because many of the so called traditional churches have given up on society and only teach each other. Only accept each other, only feed each other.
Jesus was a radically transforming person.
You might have called him out for hanging with the people he did.
Joel Olsteen is not the problem.
Evangelism is the problem. People are not talking about the great things of God. They are talking about what other Christians should and should not be doing.
Of what benefit does this produce?
Show me proof of what you are saying. Then I will believe you.
Do you belong to his church? Do you attend the classes that go on at the church all week long?
Lakewood is a practice run, before they eventually hit Second Baptist.

Pastor Ed’s message, today...at least his live streaming one, was a pre-taped message to the recent youth groups, who’ve just completed their summer camps.
Nothing about this weeks SCOTUS homo marriage ruling, AFAIK. (If I’m wrong, someone please let me know...and, accept my apologies. TIA)

G_D wants all to come to repentance, but today we see the majority of the US no longer regards G_D as Holy and Above All. They are serving the flesh and the creation rather than the Creator
