Freepers wanting to use this list to announce their latest book or a book giveaway, etc. Freepmail me.
You got on this list by being intemperate enough to let me know you downloaded one of my novels. If you want off, mail me. If you want on, likewise.
BTW, Im new at this so your suggestions (other than the one about what I should do with my head) are appreciated.

I'm trying this out, as there are so many Freeper authors and several have mentioned how nice it would be to have a ping list.

Okay, this is my theory on how a ping list works. I post the article, then address it to the list. If not, please let me know.

Cotton has a book. It is not a novel though

I’ve given up on my novels. I’ve been told I’m too ignorant to write.
And that’s by Freepers.

I’ve never downloaded your work, but I thank you for the ping anyway. :-)

Seth Anderson Bailey. (S.A. Bailey)

I'm confused. Do we simply put a post on this list, or are we supposed to do something else? I have a novel and a non-fiction book out. I'd be interested in listing either or both.

Here’s what I’m thinking. I generally list my novels for free on Kindle for one day. I post them on FR and generally get 300+ downloads. I ask for them to post the link on their social media page and many do. When you’re ready, mail me and I’ll mail you the latest list and you can make your own post.
Or, if you don’t want to go the free route, just ask for the list.

Well, it's not mine, but it is a Freeper's Buddy, and it is nonfiction about GUNS and The 2nd Amendment:
KNOWING GUNS
It is available as an eBook and Hard Copy.

I suggest two ping lists, one for authors and one for others, like me, who like to read their product. Sometimes you might just want to reach the former.

Well, I have a little non-fiction layman’s guide to stem cells and cloning book (less than 100 pages) linked through my blogpage listed on my Freerepublic profile page that has been down-loaded more than ten thousand times since going up on the Internet. [It is the third entry down at my blogpage.] It will always be free to anyone who wishes to have it. Would that count?
