In the wake of reports that First Lady Michelle Obama’s classmate at Princeton earned the no-bid contract to build the failed Obamacare website, we learn of another no-bid deal going to a marketing firm with close ties to President Barack Obama.
According to documents obtained by Judicial Watch, Shepardson, Stern & Kaminsky was the recipient of a plum no-bid contract for $100,000 to design the “Let’s Move” logo for Mrs. Obama’s childhood obesity campaign.
An arrangement that violates federal contracting rules and is acknowledged by federal officials as an “unauthorized commitment,” the documents show.

Everything about this administration is “unauthorized.”
So what? Nothing will become of it.
I’m shocked! Surely this didn’t really happen. This is the most open and transparent administration ever! Next you’ll tell me that I can’t keep my healthcare plan, chose my doctor or hospital and probably insist that I won’t save money under Obamacare.
The goal is to solve this crisis within a generation, according to the “Let’s Move” website, by among other things, ensuring that every family has access to healthy, affordable food.
It's a darned good thing I'm not a cynic, or I might start to suspect vague, high-sounding generalities might be a good place to hide corruption of the most vile and insidious kind.

I am still trying to find out how all of those sign showed up the day the Government shut down. Who paid for them and how?
Rumor had it from a few very good sources that when a certain educational TV network revamped its logo, around 80K was paid to the spouse of a former management type who just happened to run some kind of lobbying firm. The former management person if I recall correctly was a registered lobbyist.
For that sum, the logo was sketched on a piece of scratch paper and passed across a table. The logo for some reason was some hideous green color that did not key very well at all.
This would be par for the course for this organization. The same organization that squandered untold amounts of money on endless live high school sports trying to emulate ESPN, and for several months a year for a few years tie up every vehicle and almost every technical person running around the state for weeks on end doing 4 or 5 live shows a day.
That wasn’t so bad if in between each show was a full tear down and rebuild with a 20-50 mile travel time between each one. At the end of the day, the hotel was usually 20-50 miles away. Of course, almost no hotel in the area of the last production was ever used.

Dens tried to pin Hallyburton on Cheney for years! Never worked and this won’t either. Obamacare itself will cause dems to lose seats in 2014 and most likely the White House in 2016. That should be our focus.
