Having the White House at your disposal means many things, but on Halloween it means there is no excuse but to have an almighty party. And the Obamas did just that in Washington last night, throwing open their - for the occasion orange-tinged - doors to thousands of children. While the President himself eshewed any fancy dress and opted for chinos and a jumper, his wife Michelle could not resist getting into the party spirit. The First Lady channelled Catwoman in furry cat ears, a striking leopard print cardigan and camisole top and dramatic eye make-up.
