Yep, we have a local radio host who is big time into investigating Alinsky tactics, and this is one of them. It’s pretty subtle, but putting one’s hand on someone like that is a sign that you think they are beneath you.
Now that doesn’t apply to folks who don’t know Alinksy tactics, some folks will do that out of sympathy for someone of course.
But the Alinsky followers use that superior acting behavior to put their targeted peon in a submissive position.
My dobermans go at it everyday, nightly wrestling matches in the living room. Very entertaining. They keep it friendly enough, tire eachother out and pass out for a nap.

Right after 0thugga moved into the White House, remember when he went down the the press corps quarters and “visited” with them? And one started asking some kind of not totally kiss-a** question? And 0thugga got visibly angered and grabbed the reporter just like he’s doing in this photo?
