Who’s the first person in a chain of people Kyle Rittenhouse should attempt to sue?
It’s a target rich environent.
I would say the usual culprits of misinformation...CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS. All the talk shows that got their information wrong.
Politifacts since many organizations used them to justify censoring alternative viewpoints. And all the Politifacts customers that acted on that info.
BLM/Antifia and anyone who threated the jury or his lawyers.
He needs to sue the state/city for wrongful prosecution.
Biden, Kamala, any other politician that weighed in and called him a white supremist or spread misinformation.
Facebook, twitter and any social media that blocked the truth and allowed misinformation to spread.
Since Rittenhouse’s acquittal, it’s more like “Mourning Joe”
Lol. People still think the courts are the answer fot injustice. They are not. We are approaching the court of death. Stand or coward. That’s the choices left. Make plans. Think long and hard if you can pull the trigger. It’s time. We are the insurrection. Go home or be tall.
Dershowitz stated today he has been in touch with Rittenhouse attorneys and has a ton of stuff against CNN that he would like to share with Kyles legal team!! Dershowitz is suing CNN and is refusing to settle!! He now wants to help Kyle build his case against them!!
Binger has absolute immunity for anything he says in court.
He has no immunity for defamatory statements he makes to the press.
He has a two year clock that started the day the statements were made. That clock only has about six months left. Tick tock.
File the suits now.
