Driving to a three day conference on the East Coast from the Bay area? No, not happening. And, what about the conference in Davos? London? Cannes?
Well, rounding the Horn may be too turbulent for her. She may prefer going up the Pacific, through the Bering Strait crossing the Arctic Ocean after the ice melts next Spring... and then down the Atlantic coast. Early summer she should be ready to testify - provided all her other conditions are met after she arrives.
One simple solution which allows her to testify Monday, and ensures she would not be in the same room as Kavanaugh at any time.
Teleconference.
This is 2018. Just set up a laptop, and teleconference to the committee. She doesn’t even need to leave her home.
Maybe the PGA can loan her a golf cart.
