Was going to Target last night and drive right past them, to Walmart.

Change “all feel welcome” to “ mentally ill folks feel welcome”

Fixed.

As for Target, FU until the sun goes dark.

I've not set foot in Target since this ill-considered decision. Costs me a little more to shop elsewhere (hello WalMart!!), but I don't care.

I'm sure that the couple hundred bucks a month that I dropped at Target won't bankrupt them, but I hope that a couple of million people feel the same way I do.

I like Target. Hopefully, the board comes to their senses and cans the current executive team.

As I said, until you see a quarterly report where Target underperformed its sector, don’t expect them to budge. If you can’t hit their bottom line hard, they aren’t going to change....

Last quarters earnings call is coming up, but the policy went into place just a week or two before the end of quarter... so, doubt you will see any impact, So, will have to wait probably until August to see any impact on anything they have to release publicly.

Creating the policy is like paying protection money to the mob. By bowing to the Left, Target avoids being pilloried by every journalist, politician, college student, celebrity, rent-a-mobster, etc.

And of course when Target collapses they’ll blame the Right Wing Conservatives for their demise.

There will be an incident at Target where a man either will expose or assault a women/child in the restroom.

There will be a civil lawsuit and Target will loose big time. I can hear the plaintiff’s attorney saying, “Target has failed in taking necessary precautions to protect my client in their store and provide a safe environment for customers.”

Lawyers can these “SLAM DUNK” cases.

SCREW’M!

Never buy from Target again. I went back last year only because they had a specific product I like that nobody else carries, but I’ll adjust my likes rather than buy from them again. I’d quit before over the Christmas brouhaha, but now for good.

I wonder what really goes into their calculations to make them stick to this insanity.

A million people protest, which probably means quite a few more say nothing but will never walk in the door again.

Yet being PC is more important. Either they’re getting $$$ from some LBGTQ organization, or even the government to cover the losses, or they figure everyone else is going to do the same thing so it won’t matter anyway.

Strange days we live in.

Target shareholders should sue the BOD for putting politics before business. It’s malfeasance, at least.

Or, “Shooting at an obstinate Target”

They’re looking at it from the stand point of, will their Liberal business increase to make up for it.

Maybe it will.

I could have said something about coming at this thing this precipitously. Driving them further into the arms of the “enemy.” This is not a new problem either.

I dumped Target after they made the wrong decision on the firearm issue. Haven’t been back and will not return. I am very much looking forward to their eventual bankruptcy. With these decisions you know it’s only a matter of time. They’re taking the Jeb Bush approach to retailing: “We’ll profit without the customer!”

Interesting that the Target executives are willing to piss off 99.5% of their customer base to protect perverts.

Target is inviting transgender employees and customers to use the bathroom and changing room...

LOL. They said 'changing room'...

“All feel welcome” is just nonsense. How many ‘transexuals’ are there vs. mothers who really don’t want their daughters having to be with biological males in the restroom or fitting room? Let Target and others set up ‘neutral’ restrooms/dressing rooms and leave the gender specific ones as they were. I generally prefer Target for its product line and cleanliness of the stores, but will suffer WalMart in the meanwhile for those same items.

If Caitlyn Jenner De-Transgresses then LGBT will become LGBTd-T.

How does Target handle that?

There is not one item that Target sells that I cannot conveniently buy elsewhere. And, I have been.

But there is more to the story.

Once Target customers start shopping elsewhere, they are changing their shopping habits.

Thus, simply settling the dispute will not bring in throngs of returnees.

Think back to the baseball strike of 1994. Lots of baseball fans were incensed about the player's greedy disregard of the fans, and never, ever came back.
