I found three Freepers (in the last 24 hours that prior to a few days ago (10 days at the most) have not been active in a very long time...... At least a year and a half or more. The other two Freepers have no posts for 7 years and 3 years.
Now prior to that time gap all would have maybe 1 or 2 posts a years several years ago. Yet in the last few days they are posting a lot. I find that very odd?
I think these accounts have been hijacked by the opposition?
For those that are wondering what is an Internet Troll? Trolls, post a deliberately provocative message or messages to a newsgroup or message boards/threads with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument. This is done primarily by opposition groups.
I'm sure someone could figure out WHO is doing this. We just need to do a trace route on the account to see where it's coming from.

Oh, you have done it now! And I salute you, sir. I have made similar comments here and been eaten alive. Well, it doesn’t matter much at this point. The last vestiges of free speech died a couple of days ago when the internet became a “public utility”. Of course, you and I know that’s called Communism but no need to upset those at ease. How dare you point out so succinctly that any GOP candidate would be better than what we got. It’s been real. They’ll most likely ban me now. What’s the name of this site again?
The right to make any comment, however repugnant it may be to another person, has been protected with our blood and treasure and with the zeal of the nation up until a few short generations ago. Now, free speech has become a crime. If you don’t happen to agree with your moderators on a given site, you become a ——bot; you fill in the blank. And now we see Communism at it’s best come into play. It happened sooner than I thought possible. Everybody is suspicious of everyone else now and see a conspiracy under every post. Please post a list of the offenders so they can defend themselves. If not, post a list of acceptable candidates, catch words, viewpoints, and “feelings” for this site and save us all a lot of intrigue.

The trouble with tbat way of thinking is that plenty of people are like me - posting in spurts as various issues come up, but then life carries us away from the Net for long periods of time.
I signed up in 2007, but I only have a handful of posts. Doesn’t make me a troll or a secret liberal - it just means that sometimes I’m away, and most often what I would have said has already been said by others. So I read more than I post.
I would have said that coming here to read and learn, and saying something only when I think I have something worthwhile to say, is a conservative trait.
I do a lot of replies but do not post. I have never learned how to post nor am I smart enough to string sentences together. I come here several times a day and always come away smarter. Well maybe a little.
One of the tip offs to a hijacked account is that posting style and tenor change after an absence.
Perhaps you’d recommend a good, old fashioned PURGE! It’s the ultimate tool for guaranteeing the preservation of free speech. If you’re not familiar, just Google “Uncle Joe Stalin”......
Someone has hijacked my account and they are demanding a plane to Cuba and 1 million dollars in small unmarked bills!

FR is a privately owned activist website. The owner has stated that FR is not a debating society. You are free to exercise 1st Amendment rights and the owner is free to ask anyone to leave.

You can Free Speech on the sidewalk outside. You come into a private club you be nice and do what the owner says or you are gone in a heart beat.
Two things are obvious:
The whiner assumes anyone NOT a Paultard must be a troll.
