The only posts that count are those that mark the beginning of a new set of numbers (400, 500, 1500, etc.,) and your own. We even have a couple of ping lists we can add you to.

Just show up whenever you feel like it. On moving days (usually once a month) I always have hot chocolate (sometimes laced with rum) and chocolate chip cookies.
