Also training, especially a legal class so you know where you can and cannot carry and when you can and cannot shoot. take some shooting classes to learn new stuff and break bad techniques before they become habits. they will enhance your practice. Kathy Jackson's THE CORNERED CAT is an excellent book.
Yep, especially in your own state, like here in NY.
usually Glock 26. 19 when hiking, 42 at the gym and around the house (the “get to the bigger gun”) gun.
good resource, thx
Right with ya there Blue, I am not saying that I do but if I did carry, I would probably choose an XDm 3.8 Compact .40 11+1 in a Shepherd Leather with Kydex IWB @ 3:00 with an extra Xtension( also fits in a full size XDm without the extender ring) 16 round mag or two.
Thank you. I’ll check it out.
Get some professional training. The NRA courses are pretty good, especially if you really are a 100% bonafide 'noob'.
Practice. A lot.
It looks good, and it looks familiar.
