I think so, but it’s just a guess.
I believe the sealing of his own records was Obama’s FIRST executive order. Therefore, can Trump rescind it & have a look?
The REPUBLICAN Governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle, Permanently sealed his birth records. His grades Harvard and Occidental should be public. Clinton got away with his medical records and Dannye Williams will never prove paternity. John Kerry’s discharge papers from the military? Got away with that one too.
Which records?
All his presidential records that are not classified can be unsealed and those presidential records that are now classified will at some point become unclassified.
As far as his personal records go, those that are not associated with his time in government, the only person that can unseal those are Obama.

legally, I don’t think he can unseal personal records... although, an argument could be made that protecting such information falls under the no-funding-for-sanctuary cities/states/colleges policy

No one in government, without a court order, can unseal or reveal anyone’s personal records.
Ok, so you’d rather not have confirmation that Obama is a complete and utter fraud? You’d rather that remain secret forever?

If ever the exact mechanics of the Obama fraud are revealed, America’s enemies (foreign and domestic) will smile and applaud the cleverness of the deception, and hail its execution as a paragon of revolutionary victory against the USA.

The 4th Amendment.
IF one president can seal and unseal various things, a future president can unseal and look at what the former president did.
There are no restrictions on the president that way.
The president does not need a search warrant to view what a prior president has done.
It would seem to me, there is a difference between “opening for public use and possible prosecution” (my interpretation of the 4th amendment coverage) and opening sealed records for a president to look at them.
Sure Obama may be immune from prosecution, but I think Trump could look at whatever he decides to look at.
Not an expert however. Others may have more educated responses, but it seems to me, he can look at what he wants to look at.
I think so, but requires a hearty run through a seeping tunnel, blinded by the sting of hard water and your dominant arm banging off ceiling rock.
