All his presidential records that are not classified can be unsealed and those presidential records that are now classified will at some point become unclassified.
As far as his personal records go, those that are not associated with his time in government, the only person that can unseal those are Obama.
But he sealed them by executive order, did he not? How can Trump rescind all if Obama’s EOs, but not that one?
