Theoretically, if he was not eligible, you could wage a long and probably futile effort to Constitutionally void all Zero’s actions. You’d probably be better off using the info as blackmail to force repeal of specific laws.
Not sure about that. Certainly he could NOT disclose what he knew without obtaining it legally.

Having worked in the Ford and Reagan Presidential Papers, it’s worth noting that these are ONLY the official papers of the presidential administration. They do not include anything before taking office or after leaving office.
In addition, the papers of subordinates that are NOT policy related-—unless specific direct copies are made—reside at private collections in other libraries. For example, “Judge” William Clark, Reagan’s key advisor for yrars, has his papers at the Hoover Institution.
Well, when Obummer ran for the Senate in Illinois, did his campaign not get access to his Republican rival’s (Ryan) divorce records, supposedly “sealed”, and use those against Ryan in the Senate race?

By now Brennan has cleaned up any records ‘on file’ so unsealing CIA’s work is useless effort.

Yep. Things like his transcripts and birth certificate are not allowed to be unsealed by anyone other than the person they pertain to.
Zero has obscured his documentation by exploiting the same privacy laws you & I are under. Please note this is not a defense of Zero! Also anything that is held in state archives is outside the control of FedGov. The California college (name escapes me right now!) that Zero went to for two years I think is private, so no FedGov or StateGov (Not that California would!) “snapping of fingers” would release anything. All of this would require a court order due to a criminal (maybe civil!) charge that a court granted “standing” to! These privacy laws are why after the age of majority you can’t see your children’s medical, college grades, banking, etc. records without their written permission. Remember both the Sandy Hook & the VaTech shooter had reached the age of majority and no responsible party could intervene medically in there lives without their permission! I don’t think we will get Zero’s written permission. Zero (Though I doubt he is smart enough!), his minions or his “handlers” have very cleverly constructed a “wall” using our own privacy laws to make finding out anything outside his “official story” difficult to impossible without his permission. I don’t think a person’s passport files can be released without a formal court order. Even Kerry played this game to some extent, remember his release of his very selectively edited DD-214!
