Actually, if it were to be found a person is ineligible for a particular position in which they held, all acts done while that person was in office become null and void. The precedence for this was the recent Labor Board members in which Obama erroneously appointed to that. The passage of regulations became null and void and had to be redone or just thrown out. Obama would lose his pension and SS detail. Kagan and Sotomayor would have to leave the USSC. There are undoubtedly laws against fraudulently gaining federal employment—including forging a draft registration, SS number, birth certificate, etc. And then there’s treason. And fraudulently gaining access to classified data.

Theoretically, if he was not eligible, you could wage a long and probably futile effort to Constitutionally void all Zero’s actions. You’d probably be better off using the info as blackmail to force repeal of specific laws.
