Conservative Republicans support for Sen. Ted Cruz indicates that the conservative movement is brain dead. If Cruz is the best candidate they can find, then conservatives obviously have nothing to offer. Cruz may be the only Republican presidential aspirant who is dumber than Hillary Clinton.

This is nonsense. I am a Trump supporter and I've lost a lot of trust in Ted as an anti-establishment conservative but the man is a brilliant lawyer and a very smart individual. Harvard Prof. Lawrence Tribe called Ted one of the most intelligent students he ever taught. One can be unprincipled, overly ambitious, dishonest and sneaky and still be brilliant. To call him "dumber" than Hillary is just complete BS.
