Conservative Republicans are alive and well, but have been screwed by the RINO GOPe and the jellyfish-spined RINOs in Congress. Reince will be presiding over the funeral of one big-ass elephant in Cleveland.
Conservatives make up a minority of the electorate. Maybe 25% on a good day. Hence, it cannot win nationwide and rarely statewide with the semi-socialist electorate it faces.
Conservatism MUST attract all patriots, populists and nationalists to win. ONLY Trump can do this.
The RINO leadership are the elected officials who ignore the electorate and the political consultants who work to dismiss the grassroots.
That group alone comes to maybe a couple a hundred people who just happen to have put themselves in positions of power.
That leaves all us out here, who unfortunately get easily discouraged when a McConnell does his thing.
We are more than them.
It will be really hard, I would imagine, for Reince of all people to pull the lever for Mrs. Bill in November. No one else in his position will have ever done that before.
