This is in reference to the scene in The Dark Knight where (Heath Ledger's) Joker reveals he doesn't care about having money, and that Gotham City "deserves a better class of criminal." See that scene here, or the full version here.

Sanders, and more particularly, his followers, must be absolute fools and children
He is spouting the rhetoric of a failed, 19th century ideology, that has caused more death, misery and hardship on humanity than any religion or philosophy since the start of recorded history. And he is proud of it.
I thought he was Santa Claus.
Coveting other people’s property - it’s all good now.
I'll make new improvements (new rules) for social security.
I'll make new improvements (new rules) for college loans.
I'll make new improvements (new rules) for taxation on rich people.
And then he concludes with something like: "When I'm president, THEY won't get away with things anymore -- they'll have to start following the rules!!"
It's just threatening. It's Stalin.
Best be wary. “I’ll forgive your school loans” is a pretty powerful little piece of bribery and if the House turns it down he gets to blame the Republicans.
But in reality Sanders will be taking money from everyone. He has already said a “small” increase in the payroll tax may he necessary and has hinted he is amenable to increasing income taxes for all too. Sad that so many people think he will give them a free education, free health care and so on and not take the cost of that “free” stuff from them.
Everybody figures they will come out ahead on the deal and the other guy will be paying.
It’s like those healthcare.gov commercials running now where they put a big “X” over the $600/month premium and show $90 instead. Somebody else is gonna pay the difference.
Like a lot of single women who can't attract a mate, so they marry big government.
I recently read a short article where all property should be owned by the government that way everyone would have a place to live. Crazy folks out there who want to control everything and everyone, sounds like a “I think I’m God complex.”
