The New York Times:
WASHINGTON In her darkest hour last fall, Kathleen Sebelius suffered one of the deepest cuts from an old family friend who accused her of gross incompetence over the rollout of the Affordable Care Act and demanded that she resign as secretary of health and human services. Now she is weighing revenge.
Ms. Sebelius is considering entreaties from Democrats who want her to run against that old friend, Senator Pat Roberts, Republican of Kansas.
Just a note: PPP actually polled a Sebelius run for Senate in late February. The formerly popular governor registered a 55 percent disapproval rating in Kansas, no doubt thanks to the bang-up job she did with Obamacare. She trailed Sen. Pat Roberts, 52 to 38 percent, and his GOP primary challenger, Milton Wolf, 46 to 39 percent.

Shriveled up old hag had better wait a few years. the low-information public will not remember anything and eagerly vote for her.
And when she loses, it will be because she “didn’t frame the message properly.”
Which Obamacare popularity is that? I must have missed it. To be fair, I was not surfing government, nor independent leftist, web sites this morning.
Typical if you’re a failure, run for office!
“Sebelius hopes to ride a wave of Obamacare popularity into the U.S. Senate (LOL)”
She’ll look great in tar and feathers!!
Good news for whoever she’s running against I guess
Not here in Kansas. The default setting even for most low-info folks here is GOP. Sebelius only got elected as governor because she ran at a point when the GOP had screwed up the state budget royally by cutting taxes at the top of the business cycle without cutting spending (not that the state budget here is exactly bloated so not cutting spending might have been a good thing), and revenues collapsed when the rate cut and business downturn hit simultaneously.
Kansas’ Senate Seat should be a slam dunk for the GOP
But I’ve got to wonder a bit about her opponent, Senator Pat Roberts, 77 years old. In one way, you can say youth is on her side.
Looks like Roberts is facing a tea party challenge from Milton Wolf.

Kansas is a fairly strong Republican state.
“She”ll look great in tar and feathers!!”
Anything that covers her face will be an improvement.
We could have Abortion Barbie and Abortion Meemaw.
Actually Sibelius may well have an opportunity here if she is able to capitalize on conservative disappointment in the event Pat Roberts succeeds in using incumbency to retain the nomination. Or GOP crony retribution if Dr. Wolf pulls off an upset.
You know what you are looking for in a Senator!
When you think of Senator, what comes to your mind?
When you think of Senator, you think of total incompetence and gridlock!
You think of corruption and greed and insider trading.
I'm your gal! I wrote the book on incompetence! VOTE SEBELIUS!
If The Cyst by some chance wins she will find out that being a team player does not suit her fancy. She will find that being Barack and Valerie's toadie was a much easier job.
Saw Claire Shipman and another woman on TV touting their book The Confidence Code and they said something interesting - confidence matters more than competence when it comes to getting ahead (their point is that women lack the natural confidence of men). I actually have seen this many many times - but there are certain jobs where it finally catches up to you. Many sciences are immune to braggadocio, although not climatology apparently, and certainly the truth of Obamacare would have put any rational person who was responsible for the mega-disaster into the mental ward.
