A 'prophet' finds honor at last: The past warnings from Benjamin Netanyahu sound prophetic now

If there were such things as prophets in our day, as there were in ancient times, former (and perhaps future) Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu would be one.

Last week, Mr. Netanyahu, whose grandfather was a rabbi, was in Washington sounding vindicated. For years he has been prophesying about terrorism, but few would listen. Now everybody is listening.

Fanatics cannot be reasoned with. They understand only one thing. Their cause. The MAJORITY of us understand that WE will not be putting our necks under the heel of their oppression.

Mr. Netanyahu has always made sense.

Bibi has a brain and knows how to use it. It is something the Clintonistias could not tolerate. They had to take him down.

The liberals always think they can talk their way out of any situation. They are always surprised when they cannot.

The problem is that when voters are given a choice between reality and fantasy land they never pick reality.

Interesting, these Clinton folk.

In the election he lost, Netanyahu was opposed by Barak, who had the full support of one James Carville.

Sound familiar - James Carville, Clinton's personal advisor at the time.

The self-same rabid Cajun who allowed that Ken Starr would have his knee caps shot for pursuing Clinton's perjury, obstruction of justice and other lies committed against the American people.

Do the Clintons ever land on the right side of ANY issue?

Kosovo: Muslim rebels supported - Allah Akbar.

Israel: Barak the appeaser instead of Netanyahu the realist. Arafat rejoices.

Chechnya: Muslim rebels supported - Allah Akbar.

Cuba: Castro supported instead of Cuban exiles. Heil Castro, Goodbye Elian.

China: National security (nuclear secrets) abandoned. Goodbye Taiwan.

The list is too long, and too revolting, to continue.

In comparison, what would sworn enemies of America have done instead?

If you have not had a chance to read Benjamin Netanyahu's book, Fighting Terrorism: How Democracies Can Defeat Domestic and International Terrorists, you should.

It is one of the best books I have ever read on the mindset of terrorists and how to combat their spread.

You left out Sudan, they offer us intelligence files on Bin Laden,
Clinton bombs a drug factory that supplies medicines.

Something is connected wrong, reverse polarity, incompetence or malice?

Fanatics cannot be reasoned with.

Correct, while you not be able to reason with them you can however revoke their breathing privileges.

If anybody has been listening to Bibi, he has been saying that Iran is a big threat. They are developing nuclear weapons. Does anybody doubt Iran would sneak that weapon into the US and kill, not 7,000 New Yorkers, but 7 million New Yorkers? Yet, up until a couple of days ago, I heard the Bush/Powell team was courting Iran to be part of the anti-terrorist coalition. That's like asking Adolf Hitler to be part of a coalition against anti-semitism.

Mr. Natanyahu says he believes most of the American public now understands what he and Israel have experienced for decades. "The liberals are smashed," he says. "They must be quiet or join in the applause [for President Bush´s policies]." Not exactly. The "peace at any price" crowd is beginning to stir. But they are less likely to be taken seriously by the public, which gives President Bush a 90 percent approval rating.

LESS LIKELY indeed..and aren't they so dangerous?
