I want to thank you for 8 years of service to our country. Through good times and bad, you stood with the people. You always brought a feeling of optimism, of pride in being an American. Bill Clinton's America was a friendly, intelligent place, where ingenuity thrived. I was proud to be a citizen, and felt positive about my future. I felt like the you cared about the little guy.
In Bill Clinton's America, worker safety regulations were not repealed to appease big business, nor were bankruptcy rules limited to the detriment of poor Americans. Religion was not funded by the treasury. We did not drill in the last remaining pristine wilderness in America for 6 months' supply of oil. Instead, we enjoyed the most prosperous expansion in this nation's history. We built the information superhighway, and we began making strides into creating a peaceful world.
The Clinton Legacy will be what you accomplished for America: Millions of new jobs, economic prosperity, peace, improving the lot of labor, and celebrating diversity.
I'm angry at those who persecute you. I don't agree with every decision you ever made, and I am as cynical as the next guy about the influence of money in Washington. But that's Washington, and we do need to clean up American politics. The fact of the matter is, those who hunt you have been guilty of misdeeds equal to or worse than your own. It's the hypocrisy, stupid.
I'm sad when I think what great good could have been accomplished for our country had we not been endlessly embroiled in one rumor-mill scandal after another. How disheartening that your enemies would rather create scandal than do the peoples' work. How sad that some have an agenda for America that includes division and hate.
Yet how remarkable that day after day, year after year, you showed up and did America's business. You even did it with amazingly good humor. No matter what, you focused on your job and did it well.
Thank you for being a great man and a great president.

Clinton! I mean what the h%$#. Here we are 8 months later and he is still in everyones faces. Here There and Everywhere. No escape. They are like a tag team. Bill and Hillary. Has there been anymore than 1 week where either Hillary or Bill don't say or pretend to do something since they left office?
