Just a quick discussion. I've done a lot of scuba diving in the Great Lakes (mostly Huron, some in Superior). Most don't realized it's rich underwater history of many shipwrecks, many very well preserved due to the cold fresh water instead of salt. Before cars and roadways were abundant, people traveled by ship quite often. However there were quite a few large storms in the early 1900's that sent a number of ships to watery graves, some well past the 130' limit most advanced recreational divers would try for. Anyone know where there's a good sub manufacturer that could explore down to say 500'?
I took a helicopter ride in Maui after eating some less than fresh food. I was sicker than a dog even though I usually don’t get motion sickness. I didn’t throw up but I slept for four hours after that ride. I would try it again.
As Bill Hicks said about that song - “The Beatles were so high they actually allowed Ringo to sing!”
An unmanned version with cameras and lights would probably be cheaper.
I became afraid of heights when my first kid was born but even though I was terrified to get in a copter I went and loved it.
20 years later my son joined a club to meet girls -the skydiving club. I asked him WHY??? He said you always tried things you were afraid to do and you always loved it.
That flight came back to bite me!
Didya come up for air/chow?
500’ ?
Try General Dynamics, Groton, Conn.
Teddy Kennedy used to have a submarine.
Same here just for the fun of it.
I’d use it as underwater home away from home.
Extremely introverted.
If the sub had nukes, I would take out Switzerland. All the globalist nazi crap seems to come from there.
FR is full of clowns nowadays.
Wreck diving has always fascinated me but I have never done one.
Hope you get one decent answer from these 100 retards..
Bring it out of the water and turn it into a house. I am WAY too claustrophobic to live underwater in such a thing.
