But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently. In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express.
-- St. Paul, Letter to the Romans 8:25-26

My the Spirit of the living God comfort you and your mother.

I just wanted to give you all an update. I guess this should get added to the praise report, because my mom was taken off the vent this morning and is breathing on her own. They probably won't move her to a regular room for another day or so, just to keep an eye on her, but she is well on her way to recovery. It's really, really incredible.

I can't thank all of you enough who prayed for her and I hope I can return the favor to pray for the struggles and trials in your lives as well! God bless you! God heals!
