I am asking for an answer since I have had not stepped into an LDS building in a couple years and my information may be out of date. I would rather not have a misconception (and Ed Decker is not a source of info or amusement) I find the "personal worthiness interview" idea chilling and had a bishop that did interview hoping for some big transgression (it was really creepy).
