To my knowledge the Congress has not had a conference committee on that legislation yet. So while each house has voted on a versino of it, there has been no final vote on a reconciled version.

They'd better get with it. If I remember right both houses of congress overwhelmingly voted for the ban and Clinton wouldn't sign it. If that's the case what, with our "christian" president, is the holdup?
