Except for the fact that a mixed multitude came out of Egypt and any sojourners with them had to abide commands as well.

The fact they joined with Israel was proof they were in agreement with the Laws of Israel, sorta like foreigners who come to the US are supposed keep our laws.

Like I said, next time a cop stops you and wants to give you a speeding ticket, tell him your not under the law. :-)
