Once you've eaten a Cracker Barrel breakfast, Waffle Houses don't count.

Sometimes on our Southern vacations, we'd have Cracker Barrel breakfasts 2 or 3 times a day. Biscuits and gravy, hominy grits, ...

The wife thinks we ought to build one on I-80, near Iowa City. I don't think grits would be a big seller, though. Then again, the Governor seems to think Iowa will be a tourist destination before he's done taxing and spending us into prosperity.

Is that the same Governor who thinks Iowa is "too white" and needs to encourage more "ethnic" people to come and live there?
