Have you ever heard of "mitigating circumstances?" Yes, these men are exercising their will. That's why I said they woudl be held responsible.
However, they could have been influenced by other factors.
We have things in the secular law called crimes of passion. They recognize that people, while ultimately responsible, can sometimes be mitigaed by circumstances or emotions or other factors.
You seem to think that God will have none of that.
