What a clever slip. Second death is described as such because the spirit is absent from God - ie in hell, not in heaven. The spirir goes on either way else "eternal" damnation wouldn't sound so bad. 1st death - the body dies. unless the body dies, resurrection would be pointless. So physical death is the 1sr death. The second death results from dying with sin in one's life - in which case one goes eternally to hell. The 1st death and 2nd death cannot be confused one for another. Though you attempt to blur the line thinking that you cleverly avoid the consequence of certain scriptures. The term for that can be one of many: deluson, foolishness, vanity, self deception... Whomever you think you're kidding, it won't float with Him who authored the message - that would be God, btw. They are His precepts after all- not ours that we may pick as we please.
