One could travel the world not so long ago and attend Mass in any country and feel at home with the Universal Latin .Mass. Nowadays you do not feel welcome at many RC Mass celebrations because they are a tower of babel and a mish mosh of cultural BS.
Speaking of the tower of Babel, here in the U.S., one is more likely to find a spanish, cantonese or tagalog Mass than a TLM.
And speaking of cultural B.S., I was at a Catholic "Creole Mass" a few years ago in the Turks and Caicos. Strangest mass I ever saw. People in the congregation yelping randomly throughout the Mass and shaking tamborines they had brought with them. After Holy Communion, but before the dismissal, two opposing politicians were given platforms to defend their positions. Whatever the language was, it wasn't French or Spanish.
Only issue that can save the Church is to reverse Vatican II and return to the teachings of Christ which includes the Latin Mass..
