It’s not clear that anyone has legal standing to challenge abortion drugs except someone directly harmed by them. That would be the woman involved, but only after they have been directly harmed.

That would be the increasing number of women who are traumatized by giving birth to their dead fully formed babies at home and finding out it’s not a clump of cells.
That lawsuit is going to happen.
