Jesus wasn’t a Sabbatarian — . Jesus is the fulfillment of the Sabbath rest in the sense that only he can actualize the “rest” the Sabbath symbolized.
Christ perfectly observed the Sabbath as he did all of the old covenant. However, after he enunciated a new covenant at the Last Supper, his emphasis seems to be on Sundays. Sunday was the day he was found to have been resurrected, and his first two appearance to the twelve disciples were on the following two Sundays (Jn. 20:19, 20:26). Again, five weeks later—on Sunday—the Holy Spirit descended on the apostles.

If that happens, we can pray that they would cooperate with God’s grace to elect an actual Catholic pope, who would then restore the Traditional Latin Mass, repudiate the errors that have proliferated since Vatican II, and properly consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. And I'm taking it this writer, like you, doesn't believe the pope was duly and legally elected.

To repudiate Vatican II is to admit Roman Catholicism is in error in its dogma. I don't see Rome doing that anytime soon.

If he would ever acknowledge the "duly and legally" elected pope, Pope Pius XI, he would not be outside the One, Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church.

So whether it be Pope St. Pius X or Pope Francis or any other pope, the anticatholic will attack them all.
