Freed us from ceremonies yes, the law, no. Why would Luke write this 50-60 years after the fact if what you are saying is true about the law/commandments? Christ was dead, the new covenant now applied, yet the women kept the Sabbath ACCORDING TO THE COMMANDMENT.

Luke 23:55The women who had come with Jesus from Galilee followed, and they saw the tomb and how His body was placed. 56Then they returned to prepare spices and perfumes. And they rested on the Sabbath, according to the commandment.

Wow, your Bible reading comprehension is bad.

OK, let us go farther into Luke. They soon learned it was different.

Take the men on the On the Road to Emmaus. Jesus had to open their eyes to understand. They admitted they thought they were wrong on who he was.
