I doubt the Jews know why He separates His New MoonDay from His 6 work days or Sabbath.
That’s the instructions He gave the prophet Ezekiel.

Bob, here’s what they don’t get: Grace (faith/belief/sincere heart) THEN obedience to God, keeping His commandments/law out of love for what He did on the cross for us.
Changing the Sabbath commandment (saying it is null and void, etc...), which is God’s eternal/perpetual covenant with His people, then and now, is an abomination, and will certainly bring “desolation”.

The everlasting or perpetual covenant of Isaiah 24:5 is identified in Exodus 31:16 as the Sabbath commandment of God’s law. Changing that commandment so as to break it, brings desolation according to Isaiah 24:6.

What are the Two Greatest Commandments?
In Matthew 22:36-40 we find a lawyer trying to trap Jesus into saying which is the greatest of the Ten Commandments. Jesus of course outsmarts the lawyer by summing up the Ten Commandments in two by quoting the Old Testament.
Matthew 22:36-40 “Master, which is the great Commandment in the law? 37 Jesus said unto him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, You shall love your neighbour as yourself. 40 On these two commandments hang ALL the law and the prophets.”Two greatest commandments given by Jesus in Matthew 22:36-40
Note carefully that Jesus said “all the law hang on these two.” And all as Jesus clarified means every bit of what God wrote and nothing less. Below you will find the two Old Testament verses that Jesus quoted from and the first verse is “right after” the second reading of the law. So did all the law hang on these two in the Old Testament? There can be absolutely no doubt and especially since Deuteronomy 6:5 is right after the second reading of the Ten Commandments. And since loving God with all your heart covers the first four laws God personally spoke and wrote, then this includes the fourth which no one can argue as the Sabbath Commandment had just been read. Did you get that? The fourth being the Sabbath is a law of love also because Deuteronomy 6:5 says that loving God with all your heart, soul and might is to keep each and every one of the Ten Commandments that had just been read 17 verses earlier. Love of course is eternal and and just one more reason why all Ten Commandments are also eternal.
Deuteronomy 6:5 “And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.”
Leviticus 19:18 “You shall not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbour as yourself: I am the LORD.”
So what does this all prove? ALL the law which includes the Sabbath hung on these two Commandments in the Old Testament which no one can dispute, and while Jesus quotes from the Old Testament, He still says ALL the law hang on these two greatest Commandments. So what has changed? Absolutely nothing! Everything God wrote in stone remains totally unchanged just as Jesus promised in Matthew 5:17-19.
Paul also shows that these two Commandments are just a means of summing up the law in the following verses. Romans 13:9-10 “For this, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not kill, You shall not steal, You shall not bear false witness, You shall not covet; and if there be any other Commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this SAYING, namely, You shall love your neighbour as thyself. 10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.”
If you love God with all your heart which is the greatest Commandment, you will be obeying all Ten but especially the first four as shown by Deuteronomy 6:5 which is right after the Ten Commandments are quoted. And if you love your neighbour as yourself, you will be obeying the last six. Therefore love is fulfilling the law and if you love God with all your heart and your neighbour as yourself, then you will be obeying all Ten Commandments. Again, why would I? I already keep God’s 7th-day-Sabbath. And no matter what law is passed forbidding me to buy or sell because I keep it, I will still keep it. Those who don’t will received the Mark of the Beast. I’m not worried in the least. However, you should.
Here are the 4 Sabbath Days that follow His 6th work days in each of His 4 equal weeks..
The 8th,15th,22nd,29th..
Feel free to see if any of those are listed in the scriptures as days that have no servile work allowed, particularly in the 1st and 7th months..
His 4 6th day work days each month are His 7th,14th,21st,28th days.
See an older version of Genesis 2:2 and note the mention of a 7th day when He finished His work, and then rested on the 7th Day from all His work.
The Father has two 7th days.
The 7th day of His months, which is always His 6th work day.
And His 7th Day Sabbath, which is always after 6 work days, not 2 or 3 or 4 or any other combo Talmudist have to twist themselves into a knot not to offend their Popes Saturn Day..

Whatever Babylonian day it lands on, the first Sabbath of that month will be exactly on the 8th day, which will mean it the New Moon lands on a false God Tiwsday, then His 7th Day Sabbath’s will land on false God Tiwsdays for the next 4 weeks.
The New Moon will never be found with your Pope’s calendar.
Neither will His 6 work days or His 7th Day Sabbath’s..

Yes it has. The seven day week and 30 day month cycles were established at creation. I would invite you to read the account of the flood in Gen 7 and 8. That’s about 1500 years after the flood. Note the specific timeframes mentioned. There has been no change from creation to now.
