To: Hebrews 11:6

At one point in my life, I worked for a commercial roofing company.

They specialized in tar and gravel roofs, fairly common here in Florida.

The tar smelled awful!

I asked the foreman one day while spreading the tar and gravel on the roof of our local AFB BX, “How can you stand the smell of this stuff day after day after day?”

He simply replied while tossing out another bucket full of tar, “That’s the smell of MONEY!”...................

I read once of a man who was a pig-farmer, and the smell was awful. He scrubbed and scrubbed, but he could not get the smell off his hands.

He apologized profusely to his wife; but she told him not to be concerned, because he was earning an honest and honorable living, and that was what she cared about......................
