Do you claim the right to tell us that our understanding of the Scriptures is "ERROR" should it differ from yours?
Yes. And not only the right, but the duty to do so.
However, you also have the right to not accept the correction and go on believing things not taught in Scripture but fabricated and taught by your church hierarchy.
OK ... then, either:
1) I have the right and duty to tell YOU that YOUR understanding of the Scriptures is "ERROR", should it differ from mine ... which leaves us pointing at each with irresolvable accusations of "ERROR".
or
2) Neither of us has either that right or that duty, since the reading and understanding of the Scriptures is a private thing not subject to any third-party human authority. In that case, we should simply state our beliefs and leave it at that ... attempting to definitively call something "ERROR" is beyond our competence.
