As a Christian; I want to know why the JEWS do not consider it to
be scripture.

Well thats fairly easy to answer...
Our Jewish friends do not believe The Book of Wisdom
belongs in the Hebrew Holy Scriptures
since they reject it as not being inspired by God.

I posted it.
You read it.
Do you believe that this pre-Jesus text is inspired by God or not?
