And for the folks in Chicago, here's some recent good news:

New TLM Retreat Center in the U.S.

The town of Burlington is conveniently located one hour north of Chicago O'Hare airport and 30 minutes south of Milwaukee, and is thus within a day's drive of all our apostolates in the central United States.

Some of those complaints are far less relevant today than they would have been 100 years ago.

You can stand in the middle of Chicago or Washington D.C., and there must be at least a half-dozen places within a two-hour drive where you can attend a Tridentine Mass.

It's pathetic and unfortunate, but money will ultimately talk here. The TLM will be brought back to these places when the bishops need the money from these parishioners. I was really surprised to see the financial report of the regular weekly collections at my own nearby TLM parish.
