There is nothing in scripture that says the meaning of the number 7, but everyone comes up with the same meaning without controversy. The numerical structure of scripture is a seal of inspiration of Gods word. It is doubtful that any of the men who wrote God’s word even knew it was there. It was discovered after the PTR was discovered.

The number seven is the most conspicuous of all the numbers and the meaning is easily discerned. The meaning of all the other numbers can be found on much less traveled path. I am not aware of any study of the numerical structure of scripture before the late nineteenth century.
