A priest told me the following story years ago:
A group of college friends wanted to play with an ouija board and invited one of their Catholic friends to join them. The Catholic basically told them no because it was evil. Then threw some holy water on the board.
The other friends laughed and then left. They returned a short time later complaining that the board no longer worked.
Some magic is stronger than others.
We now have a generation that has grown up(?) waving Harry Potter wands at things.
