The manipulative deceiver in the Chair of Peter is playing games here with man's law and God's law. Just as James Martin, S.J., has done in the last few days declaring that an American cabinet secretary is "married" to another man. Caesar's Law versus God's Law.
He also calls for "patience" with the Chinese Communist Party and refers to Joseph Cardinal Zen as a "charming old man."

We don't need to point out here where Bergoglio is wrong, but we do need to think about what he is doing as well as Martin and the rest of their water carriers on social and other media. As with the rumoured threats to the Latin Mass and potential watering down the Missal of Paul VI, these wicked men are trying to provoke a response. They want us to lose our minds, to demoralize us. They want us to despair and believe that God has abandoned us.
God has not abandoned us. They have abandoned God. Do not lose your peace over this. More will come. All of this is in God's providence. How sweet it is to see it, how wonderful to live it. We are about to see the cleansing of the Church from all of this. What a rejoicing!

The fact is, Homosexuality is an all-consuming belief system, directly opposed to Christianity.
Adherents to Homosexuality evangelize homo behaviours constantly. And they are gaining converts and subverting the moral teachings of Christianity.

You bring up a good point. And another way to look at it, from a Biblical perspective, is what in the New Testament is often translated as "sexual immorality" (in the Greek the word is "porneia" that we we get our English word "porn" from). That word is a large envelope that included lots of sexually immoral activity that included heterosexual behavior (with someone besides spouse), homosexual behavior, and abortion. In the Apostle Paul's day all 3 of those were common in the Greco-Roman world (with abortion done mainly through exposure -- abandoning the baby out in a field).
So an argument could be made that us Christians ought to discuss homosexuality and abortion as though they're part of the same sexual immorality group. Of course, that's talking about what's sin or not sin. It's another matter when talking about laws (in which case abortion is the one that harms another and should be outlawed). The euthanasia is a whole other matter that should be outlawed.

I agree that not all Protestant churches are faithful. As such, they are not churches.
But there are many that have. The Bible does not change. Popes are fallible, is my point.

I don’t know who Francis’ message is addressed to, but if it is to the western world, he’s just stating the status quo. No western country is criminalizing being homosexual nor is anyone in government even proposing to.
But, but, but, I wish he had more forcefully expounded on the “sin” part because that is where his moral guidance for the Catholic Church is needed.
What isn’t a crime in human society is still a crime against God’s established moral laws and that’s where he should use his authority as Pope to give moral guidance.
Being homosexual isn’t a crime.
Being an adulterer isn’t a crime.
Being an alcoholic isn’t a crime.
Being a drug addict isn’t a crime.
Being a gambling addict isn’t a crime.
Being a democrat isn’t a crime.
Etc. Etc.
