I’ve never been in a blizzard. Have you ever ridden an earthquake?
Does flying over an erupting volcano in an open-door helicopter with one’s best friend dying in her arms count?
How about Hurricane Katrina?
Or riding a tornado (small one) on my Harley?
If not, then I have never ridden an earthquake. But I’ve had a few adventures with the planet.
The idea of the earth opening up and swallowing me like Dathan and Korah doesn’t appeal to me at all. LOL. :-)
I have experienced both, at various levels of severity…earthquakes produce much more adrenaline, and are far more frightening.
The Rane has a marvelous perspective here, and really stands out. Oh how many times I have been amongst the thoughtless and careless nine. Care not to dwell too much there.
