very stunning work
Thank you for using your vacation to put this together for us.
I quickly scrolled past the art to wish you a warm welcome back! You and your posts of such beauty were sorely missed, Dan.
(I will look now. :-) )
Well done, Dan and welcome back!
Wow! That took some research! Thanks very much.
already read it, thanks.
Wonderful. Marvelous. Thank you.
There are of course two genealogies of Jesus Christ, just like all of us - Dad’s and Mom’s. (In this case, Joseph was Jesus’ step father.)
The genealogy of Joseph gave Jesus the legal right to inherit the throne of David, and the genealogy of Mary gave Jesus the ability to take away the sin of the world as the sinless Son of God the Father and the physical right to inherit the throne of David.
The difference in the two genealogies begins with the sons of David. Solomon is in Joseph’s genealogy (Matt. 1:7), whereas Nathan, not Solomon, is in Mary’s genealogy (Luke 3:31).
“With God, nothing is impossible”. Luke 1:37. Thank you Jesus.
Welcome Home Dan!! So good to see you back on duty.
Great paintings and glass too; fine choices all.
Happy to see so many posts here.
Thank you for these labors, which bless so many!
Thanks for this amazing, beautiful post!
