To sustain its self righteousness, it rejects what is given to us in The Word of God, with the First Council of the Ekklesia found in Acts fifteen, where the instructions to the new gentile converts included not any of the law of Moses strictures, and instead displayed the freedom of not being under the law but under Grace.
A cultist relying upon self righteousness cannot fathom the depth of the Grace of God in Christ. The carnal mind cannot grasp spiritual truths. Time to leave the dead alone and move on.
