I got thru 1/2 of it...

Matthew 28:20 King James Version

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

KJ says “well let’s go ahead and look at some dead sea scrolls and church fathers...taken out of the way, taken out of the midst...

How unbelievably dishonest of him to not mention the ECF’s that actually did identify the Restrainer of the Antichrist. What a disgrace to the title of bible researcher and in finding truth.

starting around the 3:15 mark, KJ asks what the “it” means in the last part of 2 Thes 2:7 “until it is taken out of the midst”.

Ken likes to use the term “out of the midst” instead of “out of the way”. He seems to think it’s magical and more rapture sounding. And, why does he use that translation when almost every bible translation uses “out of the way”?

Well then, what is the “it” in the text: “For the mystery of Lawlessness is already working, only he who is now holding back until IT comes out of the midst”

BTW, KJ is here using the LITV translation to make his point.

“Green’s Literal Translation or the Literal Translation of the Holy Bible (LITV) is a translation of the Bible by Jay P. Green, Sr., first published in 1985. The LITV takes a literal, formal equivalence approach to translation.”

The “it” is the restrainer, of course. KJ says the “it” is the CHURCH. He paraphrases the text as such: For the mystery of Lawlessness is already working, but the Antichrist cannot be revealed until (it) THE CHURCH has been raptured (at around the 5:25 mark of the video)

Ken Johnson is adding to AND taking away from the bible. He is a false teacher of the highest satanic order. He will say ANYTHNG to make the PTR seem a viable theory. And then, Ken makes the RIDICULOUS claim that the term “out of the midst” (out of the way) is an IDIOM for the rapture.

Maybe Ken failed basic English grammar in school? The “it” is CLEARLY the restrainer.

Maybe Ken should read a little further down the chapter and process this...

9Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

10And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

11And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

KJ and AW are part pied pipers, leading their followers to damnation.
